Booking

Complete these steps to book your kayak rental. We will not reserve a time spot unless all these steps are completed.

Step one: get in contact

We do booking by appointment only. The more time in advance you give us, the better chances you have of getting your spot.

Email booking@hornedowlkayaks.com (include the word "kayak" in the subject line) or text/WhatsApp (204) 802-3458 and we'll figure out a suitable date and time.

Step two: fill out the agreement

All members of your party need to fill out our agreement. Parents/guardians must do it for those under 18. We need one completed agreement per participant.

Step three: make a donation as payment

We ask that you make a donation to local environment causes as payment for your kayak rental. This donation must be made in advance.

Visit our page on CanadaHelps.org to choose your charity and make a donation. We'll get a notification when you do so. Keep in mind when making a donation:

• Be sure to make the donation from our CanadaHelps.org page (not elsewhere on CanadaHelps.org or to the charity directly), otherwise we will not get a notification.

• You can split the amount among the suggested charities if you like, as long as the total donated amount is sufficient.

• When prompted for "Anonymity Preference", do not select "No", otherwise we won't be able to know who the donation is from. We do not share your info with anyone, nor will we contact you for any reason other than about your booking.

Once all those steps have been completed, we will contact you to confirm meeting place and time. See you on the river!
