Booking

Complete these steps to book your kayak rental. We will not reserve a time spot unless all these steps are completed.

Step one: get in contact

We do booking by appointment only. The more time in advance you give us, the better chances you have of getting your spot.

Email booking@hornedowlkayaks.com (include the word "kayak" in the subject line) or call/text/WhatsApp (204) 802-3458 and we'll figure out a suitable date and time.

Step two: fill out the agreement

All members of your party need to fill out our agreement. Parents/guardians must do it for those under 18. We need one completed agreement per participant.

Step three: make a donation as payment

We ask that you make a donation to local environment causes as payment for your kayak rental. This donation must be made in advance.

Visit our page on CanadaHelps.org to choose your charity and make a donation. We'll get a notification when you do so.

Once all those steps have been completed, we will contact you to confirm meeting place and time. See you on the river!
